Welcome
Let me be the first to welcome YOU to Paint Your Pain Away™. I am sure YOU read the name and said YOU couldn't possibly ever do that. The truth is that Art is only a medium.
The hard work starts with understanding your pain, then learning the best possible coping skills for you specifically. After which, then comes acceptance of your pain as a daily part of your life. At Paint Your Pain Away™ we believe in the restorative balance that art can have on the soul. As YOU learn solid painting techniques and commit to your healing journey. We will talk about the issues that plague the mind and the body and how painting cannot only open your mind in a friendly way, but how YOU can take your pain and transform yourself as well as create something beautiful which will serve as a daily reminder of how far YOU have come in your healing journey!
I hope YOU are as excited as I am, to help YOU paint your pain away!
